Austins' team building games are designed to help improve employee
morale, increase teamwork and cohesion among colleagues, and hone
decision-making skills. An emcee is included with our teambuilding
package to organize the games and get everyone involved and excited.
Clients may choose from the following:
Sack Race:
Relay race where players wear a sack and jump from
the start line to the other end, giving the sack to the next team member
waiting to race to the finish line.
Bat Man:
Players run down the field and put their head on a
baseball bat, spin six times, and run back. The team whose dizzy members
finish first win the relay.
Flipper Flash:
Players wear life jackets, scuba masks and
flippers and “flip” their way down the field to cross the finish line
first. This can also be done as a relay race where teammates must take
off their gear and pass it to the next person quickly so their team will
finish first.
Centipede/Buddy Walkers:
Four to six players stand on two
wooden runners while holding attached ropes from each side. The team
must work together to walk across the field and be the first to the
finish line.
Mini Bike Race:
Players race to the finish line on
circus-style mini bicycles.
Chinese Shuffle:
Three players put a bamboo pole between their
legs. Without being allowed to touch the bamboo with their hands, they
must get the pole from the starting line to the finish line without
dropping the bamboo.
Water Balloon Sling:
Team members work together to launch a
water-filled balloon with a giant slingshot to awaiting team members
across the field. The other team members must coordinate their location
in order to catch the balloon in their team bucket. The team that
catches the most balloons wins.
Water Balloon Toss:
Players standing five feet away from their
partners must toss water-filled balloons to each other without having
them burst. Partners gradually create more and more distance between
each other. The last team with a full balloon wins.
Fireman's Relay:
Using a bucket of water, a cup and a spoon,
team members must take turns carrying a spoonful of water from their
bucket to the empty cup at the opposite end of the field. The team that
first fills their cup wins.
Tug-A-War:
Give your employees a chance to show off those muscles
they are so proud of! The strongest team will pull the other team across
the centerline and win.
